All orders are shipped via USPS mail.
Please read the details below for further information to insure your package arrives when you expect it:
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
Normal, ground delivery is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, except federal U.S. holidays). Please allow for delays during holidays and possibly further delays due to the current pandemic.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Within the US, we use USPS Regular or Priority Mail.
Lost, Damaged, Stolen, or Return to Sender
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can open an investigation and file a claim with USPS. The USPS policy for lost packages states that we must wait a 15 day period before filing the investigation because most times a package is delayed within the postal system, but not lost. If a package arrives damaged, we can file immediately. If the claim is granted, we will issue you a refund up to $50. This is the maximum insurance amount USPS grants for Priority shipping.
Packages that are stolen (marked as delivered through tracking but have not been received by the customer) may or may not be eligible for a claim. This will be at the sole discretion of USPS. If your package is stolen, please contact us immediately so that we can open an investigation and file a claim with USPS. If the claim is granted, we will issue you a refund up to $50. This is the maximum insurance amount USPS grants for Priority shipping.
Packages that are marked “return to sender” or un-deliverable will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Care Filled Essentials LLC cannot take any responsibility for these situations because once a package leaves our facility; it is out of our control how USPS handles its shipment. Additionally, free shipping for eligible packages is applied to the original shipment only. If a package is returned to us or is un-deliverable for any reason, customer will be responsible for the cost to have it re-shipped.
