More than 24 years ago, I experienced what I now lovingly call “The Spark”.
I was first introduced to essential oils during a time in my life when I needed grounding, clarity, and balance. What began as curiosity quickly became something much deeper — a personal journey into the power of plant medicine and holistic well-being.

 

Nineteen years ago, I began creating my own body butters and aromatherapy blends for myself and my loved ones. I wanted products that were pure, effective and free from unnecessary additives. What started in my home, handcrafted in small batches with love and purpose, slowly grew into something more.

 

Care Filled Essentials was born from that foundation.

 

My professional path has always centered around healing and expression. I am a Certified Aromatherapist, a nurse with a background in addiction medicine, a Reiki Level II practitioner, and a former professional dance artist and instructor. Each chapter of my life has informed this brand — blending science, artistry, energy work, and compassion into every formulation.

 

As a daughter, sister, friend, wife, and mother, I understand the importance of nurturing not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well. True self-care is not indulgence — it is restoration. It is intention. It is how we sustain ourselves so we can show up fully in the world.
